Temu launches app to connect Shopify merchants to multiple markets
The app aims to prevent merchants from building separate tools for each market

Get Smarter at Marketing
Temu has introduced a new app that connects Shopify merchants directly to its marketplace. According to the announcement, the app allows sellers to manage product listings, inventory, and fulfillment from their Shopify accounts without creating separate systems for each market. The company claims this gives merchants access to its Local Seller Program in more than 30 markets, including the U.S., Canada, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Australia.

How the app works for merchants
Previously, merchants needed separate setups for each market, which could involve individual product uploads and fulfillment arrangements. The Temu app enables merchants to sync their product catalogs from Shopify directly to Temu. Once a catalog is synced, products can be listed across all available markets simultaneously.
Merchants can use features like one-click product sync to maintain accurate listings and real-time inventory updates to reduce the risk of overselling. The app also automates order and shipping coordination.
